This policy applies to the public Slipax website and related communications. It does not automatically govern any separately contracted software service, customer environment, or third-party site that has its own privacy notice.

• Basic technical data generated when you use the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, request timestamps, and similar diagnostic or security log data processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Cookie or similar technology data used to operate site features, including third-party scheduling tools if you interact with Book a demo controls.

If you submit the public contact form, the details you enter are sent to our website backend and then relayed through our email delivery provider so we can respond to your inquiry.

• Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and communicate with you.
