The Attention Center is Slipax's proactive alerting system. Instead of relying on your team to manually check for expiring leases, overdue payments, lapsed insurance, and upcoming maintenance, the Attention Center surfaces these items automatically and ranks them by urgency. Critical items — like payments overdue by 30+ days or insurance that has already lapsed — appear at the top with red indicators. Warnings like approaching lease expirations or upcoming maintenance deadlines appear next. Informational items like new applications and routine updates follow. Each alert includes the specific details needed to take action: tenant name, slip number, amount, date, and relevant context. Click any alert to navigate directly to the related record — lease, invoice, or tenant profile — so you can resolve the issue immediately. The Attention Center refreshes automatically as your data changes. When a payment is received, the overdue alert disappears. When a lease is renewed, the expiration warning clears. Your attention feed always reflects the current state of your marina.
